On Feb. 21, 2023, China Charity Federation held its “Happy Home” project launch ceremony by collaborating national and regional charity federations in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. Sun Shaohua, vice president of China Charity Federation and vice mayor of Pu'er Municipal People's Government attended and delivered speeches at the ceremony, which was chaired by Liu Wei, vice president of China Charity Federation.

Lei Chunmei, president of Fujian Province Charity Federation, Liu Zhengdong, president of Guangxi Charity Federation, Wang Zhenyao, president of China Philanthropy Research Institute of Beijing Normal University, Xu Yixuan, honorary vice president of China Charity Federation, Wang Lizheng, deputy general manager of Yunnan Electric Power Co., Ltd., National Energy Group, Liu Peng, Chairman of Zhongshun Jierou Paper Co., Ltd. and Long Quanlu, Chairman of Beijing Houpu Juyi Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. Leaders of some provincial-level charity federation across the country, leaders of county-level charity federations participating in the first batch of county-level charity demonstration of the "Happy Home" project, leaders of some pilot villages and communities of the project, volunteers and representatives of caring units attended the ceremony as well.
